NoMad Hotel, Covent Garden
PLANTED IN 2025 | We were asked by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio (MBDS) and NoMad to collaborate with them on the new Twenty8 restaurant at NoMad London. The idea was to create a luxurious ‘Palm Court’, invoking the decorative glory of the 19th century and the work of the American photographer Napoleon Sarony, who captured many of that era’s most famous faces. We planted decorative planters with an array of ‘conservatory’ plants, with mighty palms as the focal point. The idea was to create a richly layered space, full of texture, hidden nooks and exotic plant species.
